VFX Supervisor John Knoll, who has supervised work for the 3 Star Wars prequels, is writing a book of the behind the scenes magic of the Star Wars saga. The book, titled Creating the Worlds of Star Wars: 365 Days, will cover how sets and VFX techniques from miniatures, matte paintings and CG were employed to create the settings of the films. The book is slated to be published October 2005.
