In one of the Cinefex updates it states that former ILM member Scott E. Anderson is working for The Orphanage supervising the work for Wes Craven's Cursed.
Scott Anderson, a graduate from Brown University, first started at PDI, before joining ILM where he worked in such films as The Abyss, Terminator 2, Backdraft, The Hunt for Red October, and Memoirs of an Invisible Man. He served on different capacities, from TD, to plate supervisor, to CG supervisor. After leaving ILM he supervised several projects including The Pagemaster and Die Hard 3. He would then receive an Oscar for Best VFX for his role in supervising the acclaimed Babe. He then started working in several Imageworks projects including James and the Giant Peach, and would get 2 more nominations there, first for the VFX juggernaut Starship Troopers and later for the groundbreaking Hollow Man.
The Orphanage was co-founded by ILM Rebel Unit artists Stu Maschwitz, Scott Stewart and Jonathan Rothbart, and recently won a Hong Kong award for Best VFX for their work on the acclaimed The Hero.
